Common questions
- I can't sign in
- Use Email me a sign-in link on the sign-in page. It works even if you've forgotten your password. You can also reset your password.
- Billing, receipts or cancelling
- Monthly and yearly card memberships are managed from your Account page: update your card, download receipts, or cancel. You keep access until the end of the paid period.
- A video won't play
- Refresh the page first; video links are refreshed every few hours. If it still won't play, tell us the course and lesson number, plus your browser and device.
- Installing presets or brushes
- The install guide in Resources covers Lightroom Classic and older versions.
