Who we are

Improve Photography Plus (“IP Plus”, “we”, “us”) is operated by Improve Photography LLC. Questions about these terms: store@improvephotography.com.

The membership

A membership gives you access to the video courses, lesson streams and downloadable files on this site for your own personal learning, for as long as your membership is active.

There are two plans, priced in US dollars: monthly at $19 per month, which starts with a 14-day free trial before the first charge, and annual at $147 per year, billed up front, with no trial.

Free trial

The monthly plan's first 14 days are free. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. If you don't cancel, your first $19 monthly payment is taken when the trial ends, and monthly after that.

Billing and renewal

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Memberships renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. There are no long-term contracts. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it; your access continues for up to 7 days while it is retried.

Cancelling

You can cancel a card membership at any time from your Account page. Cancelling stops future billing. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your account and progress stay saved if you come back.

No refunds

Payments for memberships bought on this site are not refundable, including the annual plan and any month already started, subject to any non-waivable rights you have under applicable law. Use the monthly plan's free trial to try the membership first, and cancel at any time to stop future payments; your access continues through the period you have paid for.

This applies to memberships bought on this site from November 6, 2026. It doesn't change the terms of any membership bought before then. If you think you were charged in error, email store@improvephotography.com and we will look into it.

Your account

Keep your sign-in details to yourself; a membership is for one person. The service is not directed to children under 13. We may suspend accounts used to share access or to misuse the service.

What you can do with the content

Course videos, downloads, presets, brushes, RAW files and templates are licensed to you for your own learning and photography, not sold. You may not share, resell, republish or redistribute them, or let others use your account to reach them. Videos offered for download are for your own offline viewing only.

Where a course grants a broader permission (for example, the sky and background RAW files, which may be used in any project, commercial or otherwise, without attribution), that permission applies to those files.

Contract and business templates are examples, not legal advice. Have a qualified lawyer where you work review them before you rely on them.

Changes to the service and prices

We may add, update or retire courses and files over time. If a price changes, we will tell members before it applies to their next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Improve Photography LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without affecting any consumer protections that apply where you live and can't be waived.

Changes to these terms

We will post changes on this page. Material changes will be notified to members before they take effect.
